Motorcycle Customer Service - Job

Your tasks:


- Advising customers on the phone, by e-mail and in person
- Creating quotes, order confirmations and invoices
- Scheduling work together with the workshop management
- Daily orders from various suppliers

- Completed apprenticeship in the motorcycle / automotive specialist field
- Well-groomed, confident and friendly demeanor
- Technical understanding and interest in motorcycles
- Enjoy customer contact
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
- Experienced in using a PC
- Team player personality
- Independent, careful and precise way of working
